		<description>ex-nyer is exactly right.  DOT made us TAKE OUT trees we had planned for a job i worked on in LIC.  the parks dept has too-strict rules as well.  they really make it expensive and cumbersome.</description>

		<description>Most residential developments were planting trees anyway as a requirement of the ZR&#039;s Quality Housing program-- now all you have to worry about is following the DOT guidelines and you will see that it won&#039;t be that many more trees. Sorry.</description>
