When we first hear the word “BoCoCa” we never expected it to show up across the pond in the Telegraph — but there it is. Brits are flocking to Brooklyn, buying brownstones that are only slightly more expensive than a London studio. Whoa. The article also cites the sterilization of Manhattan culture as a reason buyers prefer Brooklyn’s small shops and restaurants.  It seems that we’re exporting some Brooklyn too–Junior’s cheesecake has inked a deal to be distributed in Britain.
