Shops at the Municipal Building Proposed

A proposal is out to create ground-floor retail at the stolid Brooklyn Muncipal Building. This would be a great way to bring some vitality to that block while adding some needed services to the area. Brownstoner has the details — and the local community board has been known to read the comments over there, so surf on over and post your opinion.
