This community is in desperate need of revitalization. The residents of this community want the neighborhood to be identified by more than the prison & court house. We welcome the new construction & know it will bring in new residents to keep the community alive. The new construction of this site will be a testament to the desire of residents to beautify the neighborhood & send a message to other communities. The message is.. Come see what you are missing! We have great restaurants & mom & pop shops, we are a short train ride to Wall Street & even a great place to live. We have been compared to the most exclusive neighborhoods in NYC… Bravo to the developer! Finally that eye sore of a gas station gone. We are sure to see a GEM in its place.
