I just went to the Five Guys in Tysons Corner, Virginia and the burger was dry and tasteless. I found out why it was dry when I watched the person making the burgers smash the burgers on the grill repeatedly. The smashing of the burgers with a big "press" takes all of the juices from the meat and you are left with a very dry burger. I also detect a change in the tase of the beef...I think they are using a different beef then they used to use.
