I plugged my old address into the app&#039; and it told me (among other things) that it was just 0.003 miles from Los Hermanos Grocery -- am I supposed to be happy with that fine shopping option? -- and only nine-tenths of a mile from East River Park, just a quick stroll over the Williamsburg Bridge.  Lots of data; no analysis.  Which is not to say 110 Livingston does not have a convenient location....</description>
