The court building is right there - so all the arraignments, hearings and 'that element' are already there. So don't get too worried about it. More annoying is all the parking from court/corrections employees - so taking up spots, don't get moved for street cleaning, etc. Would be nice if building looked a bit (well maybe a whole lot) nicer.
