		<description>Jail itself is little issue and when operating easily ignored. The court building is right there - so all the arraignments, hearings and &#039;that element&#039; are already there. So don&#039;t get too worried about it. 
More annoying is all the parking from court/corrections employees - so taking up spots, don&#039;t get moved for street cleaning, etc.
Would be nice if building looked a bit (well maybe a whole lot) nicer.</description>
