Seems like the whole project tailors to the single people that are married to their jobs that pay rouphly 100+ annually, have no time, kids and families and thus would not be exploring the area with the projects all around. It is sickening that now some people are looking to make money off the young generation's misery of having to spend their lives traped in their jobs. When they are getting into those mortgages it will make them even more job dependent.
