110 Livingston–the Movie
It’s a rainy day out so pull up a chair, get some popcorn, and fasten your seatbelt. The rumors are true–we just noticed on 110livingston.com that they’ve gone and posted a promotional movie of testimonials about the building and neighborhood.
It’s just like one of those PBS documentaries on the Civil War or New York City, with nice panning shots and such, except, um, kind of on fast forward. Enough talk, see for yourself:

that’s the most amateur piece of advertising i’ve ever seen for a new york real estate development. wondering why Two Trees put such a poor piece of advertising up after it has done so well selling without it?
