Livingston Corridor Update: 177 Livingston Signs its First Tenant
The newly renovated Class-A commercial space at 177 Livingston St. (aka 180 Livingston) has signed on its first occupants, a public interest law firm called Brooklyn Defender Services. The Treeline Companies renovated the historic building at a cost of $20M, for immediate commercial occupancy.
The building dates from the 1890s, and used to house Abraham & Strauss, now Macy’s.
