Rain Comes Down — And So Does Scaffolding
Two buildings downtown have shed their scaffolding this past week or so, giving us a peek at new facades. The first is Lookout Hill Condo on State Street, where the blue-green plastic is out in full force:

The street-level facade contains a not-so-subtle religious symbol:
Turns out, this building was built on the site of a beautiful historic church that was German Evangelical Lutheran–but the church couldn’t find a developer who would save the original building. Was this the compromise?
