		<description>The billboard frame was actually a billboard - I believe the lot was for sale from Massey Knakal (not 100% sure, but it was an enormous &quot;For Sale&quot; sign). I saw them putting it up and, then two days later, taking it down. Either it was sold in that amount of time or, more likely, the sign was a violtaion of zoning laws.</description>
