Brooklyn Condo Prices Rise
How much? Nine percent between 2005 and 2006, according to the Real Estate Board of New York in a release titled “Brooklyn Residential Market Booming.”
As for our neighbors, an eye-opening number for Brooklyn Heights: the average condo price per square foot was $914 (!). Meanwhile the average condo in DUMBO goes for $1,053,000.
